Internal Doors

Selecting a good internal door is one of the most important decisions to make when equipping the interior of the premises. It is important to pay attention to the surface finish, the composition of the panel, as well as the method of manufacturing the door itself. Our doors are manufactured by using carefully selected natural veneer sheets, CLPL laminate that meets all the environmental requirements or stained (dyed) at our staining (dyeing) unit. You have complete control over the process of selecting the materials, starting from the surface material, up to the composition and type of hardware, and our expert team is here to help you get what you need.

Flax board is a board made of linseed stem which according to research is one of the most eco-friendly plants and at the same time it has a low density of wood fibres, unlike the medium density fibreboard. Nevertheless, the high stability and good insulating properties make it an ideal material for doors that are strong and resistant to all types of impacts.

Most frequently used material in making the core of the internal door is paper honeycomb. Paper honeycomb is a quite light and flexible material made of light-weight recycled paper. It is fixed to a solid frame that provides additional stability and long service life to the door. The high-quality and durable materials used for the surface finish of doors, regardless of their light-weight, enrich the interior with their beauty.

Being a material used as a core in internal doors, chipboard is characterised by considerably lower weight in comparison with solid cores, but at the same time it doesn’t lose its stability and quality. There are several types of door cores, starting from hollow chipboard cores in different dimensions, up to solid chipboard cores. Each type has a different degree of acoustic insulation and fire resistance ranging up to 32 decibels and half an hour fire resistance respectively, for which they have an appropriate certification. If high acoustic insulation and low-weight is important to you, these doors would be ideal for your home or business premises.

We use high quality veneers produced in Europe. Special emphasis is put on the veneers made of oak, walnut, beech, ash tree, cherry tree, mahogany... In addition to the standard veneer dimensions of 0.6mm, we also have veneers with thickness of 0.9mm, 1.4mm and 2.5mm. We also provide Fineline veneer. Fineline veneer is a natural veneer that has underwent special processing and has been laminated several times. Veneers are used for covering medium density fibreboards, chipboards and any areas where we want to emphasise the aesthetic properties of the wooden surface. It is a high-quality material that provides protection to the elements that it covers, it gives them a nice texture, it is resistant to mechanical damage and has a long service life. Veneers are toned and lacquered according to your choice and liking.

Our company offers a wide range of Italian laminates produced by using an exclusive technology, which yield top performance and impressive aesthetical results, regardless if it’s a simple wooden panel or a complex component. These laminates are created by following the rules of environmental ethics, respecting the ecosystem and taking care of human health. They also provide additional security and control. The CLPL laminate does not release toxic or corrosive fumes during combustion and it is also recyclable.
The right colour plays an important role in finishing the product.
